Standard products
According to current legislation, the customer has the right to return standard products within 14
calendar days, without invoking a reason.
The product must be:
• unused
• in intact condition
• properly packaged
Customized products
Customized or made-to-order products CANNOT be returned, according to OUG
34/2014, art. 16.
Return costs
• Return costs are borne by the customer
• Refunds are made after the returned product is verified
Damaged products
If the product arrives damaged:
• notify Dinulescu Metal Art within 48 hours
• attach clear photos of the product and packaging
Refund
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
