Delivery terms
Standard products:
• the term is communicated upon order confirmation
• Customized / made-to-order products: the term varies depending on complexity
Delivery costs
The delivery cost is calculated based on:
• the size of the product
• the weight of the package
• the delivery destination
The final cost is communicated before shipping.
Receipt of the package
Upon delivery, the customer is asked to:
• check the integrity of the package
• request to open the package in the presence of the courier, if possible
Any damages must be mentioned in the delivery report
